Today was all kinds of busy. My mom came to town to help out while I'm broken and Mia is tiny. So today she drove me to do some interviews at the annual Crystal Bridge Bug Out. I worked while she and Mia checked out the tropical gardens. We had a little trouble with the stroller, and Mia was not amused. Some day it may snap shut and eat her like a Venus fly trap.
So we decided maybe she should just hang out with Grandma Peggy, which made her much happier. Then we took Mia for a checkup. She's super healthy, as always, so that's great to hear. She tried to make a break for it at on the exam table. She loves that crinkly paper.
